Instructions for Use

1. Remove backing from tape.
2. Place and scan over the area of interest.
3. Notice the twelve dots on the skin surface.
4. Determine which dot best represents the point of entry.
5. Mark through the grid with a felt tip pen where the laser crosses the line.
6. Remove the grid and perform your biopsy.
